Our shower would not come on in the morning and we reported it to the front desk, she said she would call a plumber. We asked to be moved to another room so we could shower before our tour and she said there were no rooms. The plumber showed up, said it couldn't be fixed and we would be moved to another room. So the clerk lied and we didn't get to shower. We were moved after the tour. Also the water was extremely hot and had to run for almost 5 min to get usable. When we were leaving another patron was in the office because his shower didn't work. I would not recommend with hotel

Bedsheet had bed crumbs. Provided Small tiny shampoo & 2 small tiny bar soap for two people provided. Nothing special on this place. You get what you paid for. Decent stay. Recommend to bring your own shampoo, body soap. Overall comfortable stay.

Mountain view!

Cant beat the view we had. Not sure if it would be worth it without the view. The place itself was old and needs renovation but the location and view were amazing.

The staff was amazing! Outstanding customer services! One night we got to stay in one room, tue conditions weren't the best, but the second night we got moved to a much bigger and better room! I definitely recommend it. Thanks to the amazing staff for making it a great stay for us.

The service was excellent! They let you keep your luggage there until it is time to check in. And they let us keep our luggage there until we boardedbour ship. I would stay here again.

Our first room had damage to the walls, peeling paint and smelled of mildew. Later we discovered the carpet by the bed was wet, likely leaking through the wall from the shower? They were able to move us to another room with a view of the mountains, which was a treat.

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. That was the end of the enjoyment of my stay. The room was cramped and smelled musty. Nothing about this room was nice. I definitely did not match the pictures shown on the website. In the middle of the night, I discovered the heater was running and had no way to turn it off- I did open the window and the room cooled off a little. There were several bugs in the shower and the plumbing was questionable. I was glad that my reservation was for 1 night only and I won’t be returning.

Great Find!

We found the team employee who checked us in via phone was very helpful. We originally had a third floor room and we needed a second floor or first level room and the employee helped us with that request. The room was large and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and the attached restaurant has very good food.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We looked how they had roku, so we could log in to Netflix for the kids while we were taking breaks between exploring and meals. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old, run down, property. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Torn screen door. This place is in a good spot, but definitely needs updated and cleaned better.
