The room was damp due to no ventilation. The property is old and not well maintained. There was an odd smell in my room and the bed sheets were not clean either. during my 3 weeks stay in Spain and Portugal this was the worse hotel I came across. Will not recommend to anyone.

Very basic accommodation but in a good location

We booked this room because we were leaving Seville on a late flight and the apartment we had rented for our stay could not offer us a late check out. (There were more guests arriving that night so we had to vacate the apartment at 11am). We booked a room with a private bathroom but only used it as somewhere to put our luggage and freshen up before our flight. The whole place seemed very old and very dated/tired but it was very clean and the room was spacious and a had a tv and aircon. The room had a double bed and bunk beds. It was just a short walk to the Modern structure 'La Setas' and to a taxi rank, and close to shops and amenities so the location is good. If you are looking for cheap, well located accommodation this could be for you.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes walk from most of the things that you will want to do in Seville. For the price, you couldn't ask for more.

We thought it was great value the only problem we the check in. The guy you text or call to check in when you arrive is absolutely hopeless. He was very hard to get hold of and rude/vague when he finally got back to me. That was the only issue but it was a major one

DEATH TRAP Expedia should be ashamed at advertising this place. This pension was so appallingly bad that in spite of having already paid 85 euro I had to leave and check pay for another hotel in the city. The health and safety aspects with no concierge and many doors and key and no clear fire exit would be a death trap in a fire. The room was appalling with metal bars instead of a window into the hallway and some form of duct pipe (like from an extractor fan duct coming out of the concrete floor and through the side wall next to the bed (C02?). The advertised photos are clearly fake. Somebody was also coughing continuously and heavily next door. I decided to leave for my own safety. I checked into another far better hotel that night, but the room made me feel so bad I could feel myself there and was worried about bed bugs having put my bags down at the Pension Nuevo Pino. As a regular customer of Expedia I have never had such an experience and assume your standards have dropped radically over the lock down. If you want to see realistic photos that i took I am happy to share them.

There was grit on the floor in my room along with some broken tiles. The AC didn't work too well and the WiFi was spotty. While I did smell bug spray in the hallway, i didn't see any bugs. I did feel safe as there was a lock in the entry way, a lock to get on the floor, and another key to get into my room.

It is very well located for all the walks you need. It is an old-style Spanish building, so don't expect a 5* star hotel look. The beds, internet and showers were specially good though. Happy with my stay for the value I paid for. McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, El Corte Inglés all at a block's distance walk from the pension. Plus on the main road to the left, two bloakcs down, a wonderful ice cream parlor "La Abuela" not to be missed. 😉🍦 PS: The photo from atop of a yellow building was taken from our room itself.
