We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin had ample room for all 11 of us, from 8 months old to 67! It was stocked with essential necessities. Response time to questions was prompt, and courteous. It was a 10, but the road up gave us all an excellent chance to discuss our eternity with the Lord.

The house was good. Would have liked blinds on the windows facing the deck in the dining area. The sun was a bit much in the evening. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The main floor bedrooms needed dressers. Overall it was a good stay.

Great cabin for a family stay!

Cabin was clean and exactly as listed. We were looking for a place for our whole family and this cabin was perfect. All of our adult children and spouses had their own room with bathroom on the basement level. My husband and I along with my parents had our own rooms and bathrooms on the main level. And my 16 year old son slept in the loft bed and had access to a half bath. Kitchen and family room were large enough for all of us to gather. Upper deck was nice to gather and talk & play games. Kids all enjoyed the hot tub & pool table. Air hockey was also a nice bonus. Communication with Sean exceeded expectations. Had an issue with the fans in the bedrooms not working and he did his best to resolve the issue and communicated throughout our stay to make sure we were good. The "road" up to the cabin is quite steep and very narrow - thankfully we never met another vehicle because I'm not sure what we would've done! Definitely need a vehicle that can climb. Big bonus - you do not have to climb 1000 stairs to get into the cabin - just pull up and walk in! We used Instacart for grocery and adult beverage deliveries as well as had pizza delivered. Would recommend this cabin to everyone!

Excellent location

This was an excellent location meaning close to just about everything, including Dollywood. We did see a couple of bears in the driveway and each morning we awoke to fog, thus the Smokie Mountains. Kids loved the games room and enjoyed the stay. The only drawback, which we finally got used to, was the last quarter mile to the property was a single lane pig trail. Our cars made it fine, but this is summer and not winter. It is paved somewhat, but on our first trip, it was a little scary. We wanted mountain and we got it. You are 10 to 15 minutes to about anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge which was great. They even delivered Pizza up there on our first evening.

More than AWESOME

This cabin was absolutely amazing!!! If I could give a 10-star, I would. Everything depicted in the description was right on target! I have been a guest at other properties, but none can compare to this one. Sean & Ashley kept me up-to-date on various things and answered any questions I had promptly. We did experience one issue, but it was immediately taken care of in less than an hour. If you're looking for a quite, peaceful place for R&R, this is it. I highly recommend it!!!! Thank you, Sean and Ashley, for sharing your beautiful home.

Family gathering

After getting through the shock of the narrow windy road to this home, we settled in easily. We thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion and peaceful setting. Getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was convenient too, and the Smokey mountain trails were beautiful.

Short thanksgiving stay with family.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property! The kids loved the game room and the theatre. We wish we would have just stayed at the cabin more but we’re in the go a lot. It’s very close to everything. Drive up at night was a little scary but we made it. Decorated very nice, all furniture comfortable and plenty of room for 3 families to stay. The owner was very fast to respond to any question I had.

Beautiful View

The cabin was wonderful!! Everything was clean and very nice. Getting there was a little challenging the first trip up the mountain but we got used to it quickly. Highly recommend this for a great family trip.

Amazing stay for 8 guests!

Everyone loved this property! The cabin was not too far from all of the attractions that we visited, and there were endless activities that the cabin provided for us. The only two things I will say is that the floors left my socks & feet dirty, & the driveway towards the cabin was unexpectedly steep (and it turned into a one lane once we started getting closer to the cabin, but it wasn’t that bad). We all drove small AWD/RWD cars and thankfully everyone made it up and down the mountain safe during a rainy week.

Beautiful cabin

We enjoyed this cabin very much, beautiful balcony to sit and enjoy the weather and views. The gaming room downstairs was awesome as well to entertain the crew of kids/ teens. Plenty of space and we were group of 15 people. I would definitely recommend brining extra linens as their isn’t much extra or pillows or blankets. The mattresses can definitely be a better quality but sleep-able. Unfortunately every dish / utensil was dirty from previous renters so had to wash anything if we wanted to use it. Other then that Sean had great communication and a beautiful cabin. It is a steep drive as it is a little in mountain, us Floridians weren’t used to lol , overall Great Cabin !

Fall break in the Smokies

This cabin was exactly as advertised. We spent fall break in the Smokies with a party of 8 ages ranging from 14-77 and this Cabin had something for everyone. Easy access with no stairs to Feltner/exit the cabin, great game room, theater room and plenty of seating on the porches and great room for everyone. We had only one issue during our stay with the hot tub and it was addressed and remedied within 24 hours. I would definitely return to this cabin. Thanks for a great week with family.

Nice large cabin

Really enjoyed spending time with my family the renting process was great; however, was not impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin, hot tub was not cleaned it was refilled but the tub itself was slimy, there was no broom for sweeping the floors and the dishes were not clean had to wash them as we took them out of the cabinets

Awesome vacation home!!

Beautiful property with amazing views! Very spacious home with all of the amenities! Our kids & grandkids loved the hot tub and game room! Grandpa & I enjoyed our morning coffee & the views from the screened porch! The visit by mama bear & baby bear was an added bonus & very exciting for all of us!
