This was, by far, the best rental experience we’ve ever had! The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays, was extremely clean, and felt so cozy. Erin was an incredible host and was extremely prompt in her response to any question I had. Our young kids even said we should make this a yearly trip to this same cabin!

Our stay at Bearfoot Splash was awesome! The hosts were helpful and responsive. They were thorough with descriptions and helpful resources. The house was exactly as described and it exceeded our expectations. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The amenities were exactly what our family needed to have a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in a lot of cabins before, but Barefoot Splash is our favorite! It is beautiful inside and out. Erin was responsive within minutes when I had a question and very kind. I even asked her opinions on places to eat for Thanksgiving and she gave recommendations. My kids are college aged and above and they had a great time with the pool, hot tub, and all of the arcade games and X Box. We watched movies and had a fire also. We will definitely be back to stay! Thank you Erin and Ken!

We have rented several cabins in Pigeon Forge and this cabin has been our favorite. The host was awesome and check-in and out was easy. I have never stayed in a cabin where everything was so clearly explained. The cabin itself is very roomy, clean and had so much to do. The kids, ages 10, 6 and 4, absolutely loved the pool, theater room and all the games and activities outside. They are already begging to go back! We didn't get to do smores, so we definately want to go back and do that! I do a lot of research before I rent a cabin and I would highly recommend this one.

This cabin was perfect! Everything was spotless and honestly you could never leave the cabin if you didn’t want to because there is so much to do there. It was just my husband and I this time but we will be returning soon and bringing our daughter and family! The owners were so nice and communicated the whole time we were there. Erin & Ken think of everything! All you need is a sack of groceries and your overnight bag. Everything that could possibly make your stay comfortable has been included. We have stayed in literally hundreds of resorts, cabins, and rentals (and we have what some would say are impossibly high standards for ammenities and cleanliness) and this far and away is one of the absolute best places we have ever stayed! Add to that the friendliness and responsiveness of the hosts and you can’t beat it! Absolutely no complaints! If we could give more stars we would! We have absolutely loved our stay and will return to this cabin—or another one of their properties —in the future. Highly recommend, whether a family with young children, adult friends, or empty nesters celebrating a special occasion like we were, this will not disappoint! Erin and Ken, thank you for a wonderful anniversary getaway where the only thing we had to do was relax and have fun!

Perfect for Us!

The communication with the hosts was seamless from booking to checking out. The house was exactly as advertised, but it surpassed our expectations. Very clean. Very inviting and comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were perfect size. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The location was perfect! Not too far from the major cities but far enough away for a quiet stay. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful Cabin

We used all of the great facilities, The pool was warm and so clean. The hot tub and pool table added lots of fun to our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy! It was a great stay for all of us!

This property is perfection. You honestly couldn’t ask for more in a property or communication with owner. We absolutely loved loved our stay, and highly recommend it. The home was so warming and truly like a home away from home. The owners are absolutely outstanding. Our trip was during a snow storm and Erin was very very accommodating and amazing communication.. we were honestly at peace bein trapped for a few days. Will definitely stay again.

Spectacular Family Destination

I'll summarize up top and go into further detail below. Tl;dr - Immaculately clean, Pool, theater and games were fantastic - kids didn't want to leave the cabin. Hot tub was great. House is gorgeous and location is excellent. We've stayed in the smokies at least half a dozen times, and this is the best cabin we've stayed in, by a long shot. Cleanliness - I've stayed in a dozen or more short term rentals, this was the cleanest. Amenities - the owners have excellent taste. Decorations weren't over the top. They left out a hot chocolate bar which by 4 years old loved. Plenty of linens and soap. A bidet!!!!! The pool was incredible. My daughter didn't want to leave. Between the theater and pool, we binged Toy Story 1 through 4 in one day. The games in the game room were awesome. Literally hundreds to choose from, if not thousands. The hot tub was perfect, and something my wife and I utilized each night. The location - just 12-15 minutes away from "the strip" (Pigeon Forge)and easy to get to. Roads are much better than other places we've stayed here. Communication was impeccable and response times from Erin and Ken were immediate. We had no issues, just a few questions throughout the stay. We will certainly be coming back, and would strongly recommend this or any other properties they own.

Best Vacation Ever!

We are a family of six with ages 5-15 and wanted to find a place that would keep kids entertained with enough space to relax, and this was THE BEST experience we’ve ever had. The cabin itself is IMMACULATELY CLEAN which I SO appreciate. We usually always buy extra paper towels and toilet paper too when we stay at a vacation home and it was unnecessary bc they had everything and enough for us for 5 days. The ultimate luxury that was great was the bidets! Do you know how awesome that was for an overly tired Mama with a five year old? So helpful! Lol the beds were comfortable, linens fresh, couches were SUPER comfortable too. Honestly I was a little worried there was not a recliner for my husband and that the movie theater seats wouldn’t be comfy to sit and watch movies, but Goodness they were COMFORTABLE! So that was such a great surprise!! We had plenty of space too. Our girls hung out in the pool and hot tub back and forth for HOURS. How GENIUS to have large projector screens in pool rooms. I didn’t think anything of it but it was fantastic. They watched movies and shows in there until their hearts content. The boys played video games happily on the huge screen, played pool, foosball and Pac-Man. It was GREAT. EXACTLY what our family needed and more. Perfect location too. Not TOO far up the mountain but enough to have a nice view with peace and quiet. Felt very private and relaxing. Plenty of linens, pillows, towels and everything needed in the kitchen. We loved it!

Perfect cabin for family time!

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Plenty of attractions and things to do within a 30 minute drive, but perfect cabin to just stay home. There are big screen tvs, games, a hot tub, pool and outside seating areas with a tv. A little piece of Heaven on Earth. Ken and Erin were easy to chat with and thought of everything to make our stay comfy. We would absolutely stay here again!

The nicest cabin we’ve stayed in yet!

Literally couldn’t ask for a better cabin to stay in! I have zero complaints, the cabin is extremely clean and homey, it has everything you could need or want and then some, so much so that when we checked in at 3pm we didn’t leave for the rest of the day or night! The owner is wonderful as well and very responsive, I’ve messaged even after our stay asking about items and they have responded answering my questions! If you want a great place to stay that’s clean and up kept, this is it!! We will definitely be booking again! All the heart eyes for this property! 😍

Great Family Getaway

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. If I could give more stars I would. Everything was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean. Kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were so fun to hang out in after being in town. Hosts kept in great communication. I would highly suggest staying here. Young kids would love the game room and pool. The pool has a safety alarm and locked door. Has an outdoor covered sitting area with TV. Every little detail was well thought out. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was nicely decorated, clean with several amenities. It was also welcoming for those with little ones, include a high chair, pack & play, dishes and plastic ware for them as well. The entertainment room and pool were the highlight of the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all cookware needed. The location was somewhat secluded, but still not too far from everything. I was very pleased with this property

Took our 2 boys (age 9 and 11). All they wanted to do was swim, which worked out well for the adults. We were only about 10-15 minutes from the main strip so it was very easy to get to attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
