We found the cabin to be clean, quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy tourism spots in the area. It was well stocked with every kitchen utensil we needed. We found the beds to be a little saggy and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, but overall it was a decent cabin.
A few nuances about the property kept us from loving it. The ignitor on the grill was broken, the coffee pot and the fridge each had parts broken off. It's a cabin for 6 people (we had 4 in our family), but there were only 3 chairs on the beautiful deck. There were no instructions/directions/info anywhere in the cabin, or in the e-mail/app from the rental property. We didn't know where to find the WiFi router/password, where to find the trash bins, if we needed to recycle, directions on how to get to the pool from the cabin, and, we didn't know that we needed to stop and buy our own toilet paper. (We were there for a week and they only provided one roll. If we had known that in advance I could have brought a few rolls from home but instead we had to make a special trip to the store.) None of this ruined our trip, but was annoying.
I did find the rental company to be helpful when I called for answers to my questions, but a little more info on things either in advance or posted right at the cabin would have been SO helpful.
Overall, we had a good stay. It's just not on my list of places I want to return to though.
