;) Lovely Tiny house, home, cottage or cabin on our quiet friendly property Welcomes you and your loved ones! Acreage around gives beautiful open Country Views. Lovely quiet neighbors. You're in the country with the Dungeness river 1 mile down the road to the Schoolhouse Museum bridge. The Strait of Juan de Fuca is 1.5 miles from us in the same direction. The river enters the Strait right here and this Spring our Guests have fun walking along Dungeness beach down the road from us! Hike the Dungeness Spit!The river is the shortest fastest flowing river in the country, coming down from the Olympic Mountains just behind our town, Sequim! I've only seen it flowing fast once in 18 years, in the summer it's shallow and meanders mostly. Swimming is seen and some fishing near the bridge, esp on 4th July! It is so hot. :D

The new plumbing has the faucets inside the tiny house: hot and cold REVERSED! SO there IS hot water :) ;)
