nothing unique, old, dated bare minimum - I tried to get a nice room but the reception guy rude

Was given a pet room upon arrival, I have allergies to fur, dust, and scent, I can't breath in that room with all the air refresher, but the owner was nice enough to switch us to a different room. It's nice and quiet, but dining services is like 2, 3 miles away.

The price was great, the bed was comfortable, the location was okay, and the staff were nice. However, there was no battery in the smoke detector, the sink was super leaky, and the room, the carpet specifically, wasn’t very clean (they allow pets and need a vacuum that can handle dog hair...). Noticing the missing battery in the smoke detector really bothered me.

Not much. Had to close curtains with a clip, charged me twice on debit card, was on his android and didn't even greet, cold in room, no face mask a couple of times. etc. Would not stay there You have to climb stairs to get to lobby entrance because parking was below. etc....

It was fine for justcstaying the one night i like that it had its own little back patio to go out onto

This hotel was priced very well and the rating was decent. It is an older property but it is clean, well kept, and quiet. Since we were having to travel during COVID 19, there was really no one there. We checked in and got into our room and it was very spacious. We are also pleased to discover that each room has a slider that leads to a nice semiprivate balcony. We had our camp chairs with us so we sat out there most of the day. It was really nice. The sheets smelled great. The TV is a bit small but a good selection of channels. The beds and pillows are VERY firm. Overall it met and exceeded our expectations for the price.

I liked the host. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us extra blankets and pillows. He helped with our key when it didn't work. Also, this was a pet friendly place to stay.

Fire Alarm disconnected in the room, stained sheets and towels. Left room at noon, switched door sign to Maid Service requested and the service woman was right there told her ok to do our room we would e gone till evening. Returned at 11pm and nothing was done in our room. Called front desk and he said they came by at 10am and sign said do not disturb and they do not check back. Advised him we spoke to the cleaning woman and he said she probably did not understand, told him the sign stated to clean. Was not happy and asked for new towels, he said come get them, no delivery to room drove back to the office, rang the doorbell, he was not friendly he gave them to me and in the morning upon viewing the towels they were dingy and stained. We have stayed here several times and never been treated this way before. We will probably need to look for new destination location.

Non working items needs to be uodated. Cooler outside than inside with the ac on.

Room was dirty and rundown, toilet paper and tissue was not replenished.

Booked at last minute, good price and room quality was way above average.

At one time this was a very nice motel, and the current owners are trying to bring it back. Pros: Spacious clean rooms with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. They allow pets for a modest fee. A very modest continental breakfast. Great location for travelers to the Olympic Peninsula. Cons: The lingering smell of cigarette smoke in our "non-smoking" room. The grounds are overgrown and the pool is in disrepair. It needs a lot of work. Neither my wife or I could connect to the internet except for one brief period. When the problem was presented to the management, I was given a number to call. I would think that good customer service would have motivated them to call their provider of internet to solve the problem. I would recommend this to friends if they were able to get the 50% off rack rate that we did. I would not pay full price.
