The home offers 1,998 square feet of well-designed living space on the main level, featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to six guests.

The main living area features comfortable seating, a 55” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace with the switch conveniently located next to the fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings after a day of exploring Sedona. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for gathering and entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, single convection oven, GE Profile microwave, and coffee options including Cuisinart and Keurig machines. A propane gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking and dining. Open concept with island seating for four. Formal dining with seating for six.

This home is beautiful. The set up great for families. The home has 360 views and wow what a great way to wake up with the sunrise over the red rocks. The neighborhood is quiet; we saw some javalinas and coyotes but close to it all. The hottub was nice in the evening to watch the sunset. We will definitely be repeat customers.
