Great location with great views!!

This space was perfect for two people. The bed was super comfortable! Parking is right outside the door. Short walk to town and to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice studio

We were there two days and just wanted quiet. We were given the peace to hang out and enjoy the room. Though the room is located above the garage, there was no noise from the host. We will recommend to others :)

Fabulous

My husband and I were visiting family in Edmonds for four days, and we feel so lucky to have found this gem of a property, Seaside Studio. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and just a walk down the hill into downtown Edmonds. We will definitely stay here every time we come to visit friends and family in the Seattle area. We highly recommend this property!

Seaside Charm was perfect

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful area

Lauren was an excellent host. The cottage was so comfortable and cozy! The place had all you need, the basic necessities. I was able to cook a few great meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The area is simply lovely and the cottage is located just minutes from downtown Edmonds. I highly recommend this cute cottage to singles or a couple. Lauren was a great communicator and a lovely lady.

Home Away From Home

Great property location in Edmonds and close to the beach. Took Edmonds Ferry to Kingston, first time, really enjoyed ride. Rick Steves Travel Center 5 minutes away. Property Neat and clean. Property Manager easy to contact if needed anything or had questions.

This adorable studio apartment had everything one might need or want including ice cold filtered water and great coffee options, a beautiful view of the Puget Sound and ferry boats from Adirondack chairs in the well-tended backyard, and convenient access to downtown Edmonds and the ferry terminal. I wanted to stay another month!

Solo getaway

Thanks so much to Lauren for a wonderful little getaway place to stay! For my birthday, I whisked myself away from my family to chill out and get some R&R. The "Seaside Charm" was the perfect location to do just that! I highly recommend any solo (or couple) people looking for a place to rest their head in the area come here to stay. It's small, cosy and very well stocked. Lauren was prompt in responding to my query regarding the TV and very cheery when spotting me on my way out at one time. Thank you so much for having me!

Beautiful studio in a wonderful location!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Seaside Studio over the July 4th holiday and had a wonderful experience. Lauren, the owner, was proactively informative, keeping us updated on possibly checking in early as well as checking in with us each day of our stay to ensure we had all that we needed. She was helpful in letting us know some of the do’s and don’ts with regards to Edmonds on the holiday and was great about passing along advice and suggestions regarding the area. The property is absolutely adorable and though it’s a studio, it contains all you need and then some! Everything was superbly clean, the sheets and towels were so soft and all of the basics plus some fun extras are available to you. Lauren really has thought of all the comforts of home when designing her property. My only regret of our time at the Seaside Studio was not being able to take advantage of the lovely outside area of the property (which is available to guests) and not being able to meet Lauren’s puppies! Hopefully next time, when we are in Edmonds for more than 2 jam-packed days, we will be able to stay at this wonderful property and fulfill those last two things on our bucket list 😊

Perfect in Every Way!

The studio and location were perfect! The studio has a nice and refreshing decor, kitchen was well stocked, and most importantly, a comfortable bed! We loved the location because everything was so close; parks, downtown, restaurants, and the beach. Lauren is a great host, she made sure we had what we needed, and we really appreciated the guide book with information on the town of Edmonds that helped us plan and enjoy our stay. We look forward to our next visit and stay at the Seaside Studio.

Just what I needed!

Lovely property close to where I was working for the weekend. Bed was super comfy, all amenities you could want, plus in a super quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. I hope to stay again next year!
