Location is severely misrepresented. Instead of where stated it is on a very busy highway which also includes cars and trucks lining up for the ferry. From where our bedroom window was it would be a 20 second walk to the highway. Windows are not modern ( I have pictures) and let in all the noise, tried to use the AC for white noise but that was worse with a metallic grinding sound (I have video). There were bright lights (which shine directly onto the bedroom ceiling, even when trying the black shades which don’t work properly. The lights are used to illuminate flags which are not taken down at night so are allowed to flap violently and noisily in the wind. The suite did not have an additional side window as indicated in the photo’s. The carpet is very ugly and looks old.

Room smelled like smoke. Booked two nights through Expedia. Turns out I didn’t need the second night. So I contacted Expedia. Who then contacted the hotel to see if they would give a refund. The hotel said, they would not issue a refund. I talked to the front desk and they said, that Expedia was the one who would not issue a refund. They didn’t seem interested in helping at all.
