The steamer was broken and I had to ask 3 times to get a new one. It was also broken (in a different way). So I requested an iron, which I had to also ask 3 times before I got it. The shower soap container was empty. There's no lotion in the room. The pillows were very thin. Although the front desk people were friendly, I will not stay here again.

No on-site parking, but plenty of street parking and a garage next door. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean before I came back for the night. A/C worked well. Room was a little small and had no appliances, but it said you could ask them for anything you need like a minifridge, microwave, etc. Overall lovely stay and would stay again!
