Very accommodating host. We enjoyed the opportunity to do absolutely nothing as well as enjoying att West Seattle and environs had to offer. We were amazed at the spectacular views from each floor.

Great view. The tree roots in the parking area made parking hard. It scraped the bottom of the car!! Road up to the house was hard in a larger car. Should let people know.

Wonderful views. Very clean home in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and, towels and toiletries. The downstairs shower didn’t have hot water so having everyone use shower upstairs, especially for the 3 over 75 years old, was a challenge. We were reimbursed a small amountbut the shower was never fixed while we were there. Even so, I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Spectacular view, fun neighborhood, very nice bathrooms, good family house. That said, the house would benefit from adding a few details and some repairs, especially if you plan to cook and eat “at home”.Wonderful deck but no table or comfortable outside seating. Oven hood needs repair as does the ice maker. Living room could use side tables to set drinks on. Kitchen could use more serving pieces and utensils for family style dining.

Beautiful Views

Home was very nice. It fit 6 adults comfortably. House was very clean when we arrived and we all felt the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t realize the master bedroom was a loft and so there aren’t any doors for privacy upstairs. The master bathroom had a door so that was good. The only tv in the house was upstairs but the remote didn’t really work so we didn’t even watch it. We used the main fireplace downstairs, which was very nice. If you stay in the upstairs master bedroom the smell of campfire lingered for a couple days. One of the spare bedrooms didn’t have a closet but they used the closet right outside the room where the washer and dryer are. It was no big deal at all. We were close to a Safeway and along that same street had many places to eat. The house has a grill so we grilled a few times during our stay. Downtown Seattle was about 20 mins away. We would definitely stay here again. There is a tenant downstairs but we never saw them and they never bothered us at all. It was totally fine. We didn’t have to interact with the management team so I can’t review on that. It was so peaceful in this neighborhood and beautiful scenery. I would 100 percent recommend!

Great house, parking could have had more detail

This house is wonderful with a great open concept, and comfortable! Beds are cozy, and huge dining room table, and all that. There is no tv downstairs, only upstairs. Parking should have more detail, we had two bigger sized rigs, and went up the hill driveway, and it’s extremely tight and compact. We had to quickly come to a stop and then go back down drive way and back up to get parked efficiently. While doing so the neighbor literally got in our rig that was parked near the bottom of the driveway and moved it without our Permission. He moved it using the gas pedal more then necessary and slammed the driver door while shutting and opening it, bending our door forward (now have to fix on own expense) cause he couldn’t wait 30 seconds for us to safely get situated. Obviously not owners fault, but he clearly is impatient and thinks he can just hop in anyone’s rig and move it under his own free will. Was not pleased with that. Other than that everything was fantastic. I’d suggest smaller rigs, and don’t plan on taking more than two rigs because the lower parking can be a hit or miss. The view is beautiful, as well as the house! The tenant below was very kind, and stays busy doing her own thing and is very quiet! It’s a great place for a family to stay!

Upkeep needed.

This place needs a lot of upkeep. It was unfortunate that our beautiful view was obstructed by over grown trees and there is cob webs in a lot of areas inside the home. Cooking and baking items had baked food on them etc...Downstairs tenent smokes and it came up to main home.

A house with a view

This was a great rental. Open living room - big enough for family to visit for a Christmas get together. Really nice bathrooms. Bedrooms big and comfortable. Clean and has everything you need. The driveway is steep and has limited parking. We had no issue - just parked further down the street.

beautiful home

we cane tonwatch baseball games. it was a great location, close enough to what we had planned. the home itself is beautiful. gorgeous view, plemty of space. only issues were minor. water in main floor bath didnt want to turn off easily. sheets and bedding were clean, although small details such as being super wrinkly and put on inside out made me think it was a rushed effort. there are zero pantry items. salt and pepper, sugar for the gazillion tyoes if tea, but no other pantry staples or seasonings, so if you plan on cooking make sure to bring even the basic seasoning salt. might be a good idea to fix the huge tree root in the driveway. coming back to the house in the dark could be a tripping hazard and lead to injury. we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and view!!

The location and view from the property were amazing!! Unfortunately, there were a few issues like towels not being out and some dirty (dog hair and human hair) sheets, dead/moldy pumpkin on the front stairs. Little things, but important. HUGE potential!!
