It was good. But they took more than 30 minutes after the advertised 4pm checkin time. Not just for my room but for every single person that was checking in around that time. Taking away a couple stars for that long wait. Otherwise great place.

Booked a corner suite. We arrived very early but expected an early check in since this is a higher priced room and not very many of this category. It was after 4 and still no room available. I was then told that check-in begins at 4 and goes up until the room is ready. This agent was not helpful in getting anything accomplished. I am assuming hotel was understaffed due to holiday weekend. I had to call corporate service number to see what could be done. We were granted a larger suite at no cost but had to cancel our dinner reservations with friends. Tub fills from ceiling and splashes everywhere. Cool design but not practical. Bed was comfy. Decent location in relation to Market and other sights.
