Other things to note:
The basement ceilings range from 6–7 feet high (except for the bedroom, which is closer to 8 feet). The home is one block from I-5; thanks to double-paned windows, most guests find any road noise minimal—search reviews for reassurance.

🐶 If staying with your dog(s), please add them to the reservation (click the checkmark "I am traveling with pets") which automatically adds my pet fee for one dog of $75 to your trip total. I allow up to 3 dogs to stay and charge $75 for each dog for the entire stay. This also allows us to prepare the home for your pet by providing dog beds, couch cover, blankets, towels, dog bowls and doggy bags.

💳 This listing requires a refundable $500 damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a secure link (sent via email/guest portal) to provide a payment method for the deposit. No funds are collected at that time — the amount is placed on hold a few days before arrival and released within a few days of checkout, provided there's no damage to report.
