The home is well-equipped and fully stocked with all necessary household items (even coffee). Its location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Seaside at Orca Beach House.

Could not have asked for a cuter place to say. The kitchen had everything we needed. My family really enjoyed all the games that are at the house. We had such an amazing time.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

The whole home is so well equipped. Phone chargers and outlets everywhere. Loved the coziness of the home and all the great decorations to look at. Dog loved the backyard!! Just one of the best VRBO we have every stayed. Beds were so comfortable and the couches too.. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for making our visit and stay so wonderful

The orca house felt very clean. They thought of every amenity you could need. The best part is how close you are to the beach and also to downtown. The front decks are perfect to sunbath and enjoy the water view. We will definitely be coming back.

Home was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and spices. This was easily one of the best beach homes we have stayed at. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the main Seaside shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the Orca Beach house and we absolutely loved it. It’s so close to the beach and all the restaurants and fun things to do in Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for us. My husband and I, along with my mom and our 2 dogs, to celebrate his 77th birthday. Steps from the beach and downtown Seaside. Our son and his wife joined us for his birthday dinner, and the kitchen accommodated all of our preparations. Plenty of cookware, sharp knives and storage containers.

Great way to Recharge

My family loved staying at the Orca Beach house. Its super close to the boardwalk and beach. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet too! We will definitely stay here again.
