Walking distance to promenade and beach. Clean and cozy home. Dog friendly, host was gracious about doggy accident the day we were checking out (well communicated and worked out solution). Only grips.. (first world problems).. the coffee pot dribbled unless you poured reeeally reeeally slowly otherwise it made a mess (Black and Decker's fault, not the host). The mid-modern style chairs in the living room are very uncomfortable. Not sure about the couch, wife and daughter sat there.. the two other chairs were very uncomfortable.. definitely need some lazy boys... by the last day I was reading and scrolling in my car because it was more comfortable. 4.5/5 stars.. only because of the lack of comfortable chairs. Would definitely stay there again... just take naps in the car.

We loved our stay at this adorable beach cottage. The location was so convenient - walking distance to everything, including the huge beach. Our family of 4 dog were super comfortable. We all enjoyed the jet tub. And even in a crazy rain/wind storm, we felt cozy in the house. Would definitely return!

This was such a clean and cozy home.The host was great to work with and communication back-and-forth was very good.We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.Just a short walk to the beach and downtown.We took our grandson and our two dogs, and there was definitely enough room for everybody.

House is very cute, Quiet and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only reason it did not get all 5 stars is for the comfort of the beds. For the price, I struggled with the older spring mattress. Otherwise was a great property, perfect location and good for dogs with a fenced yard. Owner was communicative and place was ready for us on arrival.

It was a nice house and the check in was easy. The owner gave me the details I needed about the house. There was a nice fenced in yard, great for dogs. The house is old so not everything worked perfectly but the house was well supplied with things you’d need. As far as pet friendly goes, I was a little put off by not letting the dogs on the furniture. That was a hassle since our dogs normally go on the furniture. But all in all it’s a nice place to stay.

Everything was great …,except the weather….didn’t get to see our neighborhood until Fri. Once we did the neighborhood was quaint! Was close to Broadway…the Hub of everything.We enjoyed our stay and hope we left it in great condition.Thank you Michael!

Loved the location and the home was cozy! We traveled with 4 people and 2 dogs and there was just enough space for everyone, but felt tight in the living room area since we had dog crates (we were following the house rules here). If you are traveling with light sleepers, expect creaks and clunks from doors and floors.
