The house was as described. Clean and well stocked. Very good communication. We got a message before our scheduled check in time that the house was available, so that was a nice surprise to get settled in early. The location was good, only a few blocks from the promenade, and about 10 blocks from downtown Broadway Ave. We walked to dinner every night except for when it was pouring rain. We highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.

We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and 2 kids. It was so nice! The house was so clean and quiet and had everything we needed and more. We loved that there were beach toys, chairs, towels and a wagon for us to use. The ping pong table was a real plus for the kids who can now hit the ball back and forth more than once! We loved staying here and enjoying Seaside.

Check in was easy! Home was spacious for two families. Located in a good part of town, the ease of getting to the places we needed to go was great. Ping Pong table was a fun addition. The place is beautifully decorated and spacious. We were able to entertain family from out of state, having more than enough room to visit, cook and eat together.
