Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Had what we needed. Road sound a little loud, but not to the point where I wouldn’t come back. Cozy. Comfy.

Very nice property. Manager took a couple days to get back to questions. Stairs are a little unsteady and floors are uneven in unit, but location was great and it was supplied well and decorated very nicely.

Pluses: Good location for easy beach access. Off street parking.Marsh view, bird sightings (late August). Clean rooms. Plenty of clean towels & washcloths. Air conditioner and fan were adequate for temperatures during our 1 wk stay; only needed for a couple of days. Minuses: Tub/ shower drained very slowly from day 1, then got progressively worse...think 3" of standing water at the end of a short shower. Tried a couple of times but failed to make contact with manager until after I'd solved the problem day 6 by taking the drain filter apart and cleaning out the accumulation of hair/gunk. Floors are uneven and seem soft in places; head of bed is perceptibly lower than the foot. Sunrise immediately floods the bedroom with bright sunlight; no shades or blinds on bedroom windows to soften that or to provide any privacy at night. Legs of couch are all lying on their sides, only 3 of the four are beneath the couch, so the 4th corner is on the floor and that end of the couch is quite uncomfortable. (It's not the same couch as is pictured in Vrbo). Unused pillows, bedlinens, blankets were piled on and covered half the bedroom closet floor. Our sheets looked old and worn, albeit clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and we enjoyed taking our two little pups with us. We had good weather and we're looking forward to going back. Thanks so much!

We had a fabulous time, when I walked through the door it felt like home. It was quiet and very peaceful. The marsh was a beautiful view out the back and the walk to the beach was less than a 2 min walk away!

Place was very clean and well decorated. I had some minor concern about the floorboards being uneven under the laminate- this is a possible trip hazard. But the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I loved the view from the porch.

Adorable Space

A great space for a weekend getaway with the spouse/partner! Cozy without feeling cramped, very nice kitchen space, comfortable bed. Nicely decorated and stocked with all the necessary basics. Our short stay unfortunately coincided with some unseasonably cold and wet weather, but it was the perfect place to hunker down and relax.Great location with a short walk to the beach and The Clambake restaurant (plus a few other places if you’re going in season). Nice view of the marsh out the back sliding doors.If you pack heavy or have any mobility issues, just be aware that it can feel like a good climb to this second floor unit.Unit owner was excellent to deal and communicate with. Was responsive when a minor issue arose and helped resolve it in a timely manner.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, beautiful appartment Fully equiped, 5 mins walk to the pine Point beach and 45 mins walk to OOB downtown. Great seafoods places and markets nearby. Highly recommand. Will surely go back afin.

Perfectly situated, not too far from old orchard while being in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. However there were no curtains on the room window so the sun will wake you up early.

Beautiful and clean apartment

We were traveling with our 1 year old puppy and this 2nd floor, renovated apartment was in a great location, just a block from the beach! Everything you could need was provided in this well stocked kitchen! We loved that everything was clean and new! We read some reviews and brought our own pet couch cover with us and that was perfect for keeping everything as clean as we found it! Didn't realize the apartment was on the second floor but the stairs were manageable.

What a perfect spot

Amazing marsh views. Just a few steps from the beach. A short walk to so many restaurants. The unit itself was super clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need and all of it was brand new. (Utensils, pans, pots, coffee maker w/filters, spices, spatulas, whisks etc) The bed was comfy. The A/C worked (it wasn’t super hot while we were there but we like to sleep with it on and it was perfect) There was ample storage space and great beach chairs and towels. Definitely going to stay there again. The only downside was the uncomfortable couch. 😬 But we don’t watch tv, so we had other places to sit and chat. The backyard Adirondack chairs were the perfect spot.

Loved it!

First time in Maine and we loved the laid back feel of the town, quiet area and view of the marsh out of the back door. Great stay for the two of us and the dog. Easy, short walk to the beach. We would love to come back when we’re back in Maine!

Great location

Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked, small apartment that is a close walk to the beach. Only complaints would be that the couch is extremely uncomfortable and there was no curtain on the sliding glass door. Enjoyed the marsh views. Already booked again in 2024.

Not what we expected.

I would not recommend this apartment for visitors traveling with kids or dogs even though host permits it. Most of the furniture and accessories are white and you will be back charged for any stains made. Wifi is very inconsistent and needed to be rebooted consistently for smart tv and entertainment to work. Back staircase needs structural reinforcement and proves to be unsafe and a liability. The view from the second floor is beautiful in the morning but the windows were so dirty and the holes in the screens welcome in a lot of insects. Portable AC unit is not attached to the window and keeps falling out, leaving a gaping hole in the apartment. I really hope the host strongly considers these measures and improvements for future visitors’ safety and peace of mind.
