Central location, just 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Savannah and 30 minutes from the beach, this home is part of a bird sanctuary and waterfront community. The private community boat ramp is across the street and at the end of the block giving you easy access to the Vernon River. Bring your kayaks, canoes or motorboats and explore the salt marsh and barrier islands of Coastal Georgia. This home is located next door to the Blue Kayak House, which sleeps 8. If you have a large group, check for availability of both houses.

From the moment you walk in the front door you feel like you are home. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are vaulted and look out onto the travertine patio and pool, bringing the outside in. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. Two counter stools in the kitchen ready for great conversations while cooking, or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The dining table is set for 8. The living room has a 50" flat screen television with cable and Netflix. Pair your iPhone to the Sony stereo and enjoy your tunes! There are two master bedrooms in this divided floor plan. One to the right of the living room/dining room and the other to the left, in the bedroom wing. Both masters have en suite bathrooms. There are two more bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (twin upper, full lower, twin trundle) and the other with a Queen bed. There is another full bathroom on the hall near the two bedrooms. The water heater is on demand, so hot water is never a problem or issue. All bedrooms have lamps with USB ports and outlets for convenient phone charging.

Backyard/patio and private pool (heating option up to 88 degrees at $50 a day) fenced with a 6' privacy fence and there is a built in gas grill for your use. Let me know if you need the pool heated during your stay.
