What a spectacular property , the service and the room 5 star . And what a museum on the property . They also have a genesis limo to drop you off somewhere locally. The riverfront side loaded with restaurants. Big but intimate service, you can text all your wishes . Stay here .

The hotel, hotel staff, and surrounding areas were amazing. Great hotel to stay at….we had one problem. The location of our hotel room was adjacent to the a stairwell that was used to leave the late night roof top bar. We unfortunately heard footsteps until 1am. I am sure that we could have been relocated to a different room if asked but just dealt with it. If your staying in the power plant side of the hotel and room is located near the stairs….do yourself a favor and ask to move to a different room.

The room itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, the live music from the bar was so loud that we couldn't get any rest until it ended around 2:30 AM, even with the room's sound machine on. ​When we mentioned this to the staff the next day, they were incredibly accommodating and moved us to a different, much quieter building. Our second night was peaceful and restful. We are very grateful for the excellent service provided by your staff.
