Check in was fine. Room smelled old and wasn’t the most clean. Cut foot on the strip between bathroom and room, Shower was broken and towel bar hanging down toward toilet. Mattresses worn out. Half the food at breakfast was “out” leaving nothing but some bagels or toast. No OJ, no pancake mix in machine. Cereal but out of milk. Had to leave and go get breakfast.

The hotel and the staff are so welcoming but the pool and hot tube wasnt clean and smell so strong to bleach i cant swim with my kid

After the last one we stayed at on this trip this one was a 10 and above check-in was quick and easy very nice bathrooms, clean very refreshing no rugs to speak of so having no rugs in the room didn’t make it smell, but everything was really good

Would give it another try.

Make sure your room isnt next to the ice machine. Very noisy at all hours. Breakfast was not so good.Single cup coffee maker, long line to get a cup. Bacon and pancakes were raw and no orange juice!

We were in an accessible king room. It smelled like mildew the second we walked in. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered was as limited as you would expect but there was not nearly enough seating for everyone who was wanting to access the space. We were only there for less than 12 hours so we did not explore any of the other areas of the hotel.

ok for 1 night

Room had a musty / musky smell. Spouse and I both had coughing and sneezing issues which we attributed to allergens in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice.
