A fancy hotel at the airport? Yes, please! We stayed there overnight, because our flight arrived late evening. It was a good walk to get there though. The room was absolutely amazing! Hallways unbelievable! Check in experience-great! Onsen was ok. And restaurant was the food at the restaurant was not impassive. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well!!! Selection was not that big, but everything was a very high quality and delicious! My husband didn’t want to leave.

I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

Perfect really does exist

This is the most comfortable hotel on earth. Everything actually is perfect. A traveler who comes to Hokkaido probably spends over 24 hours in airports or airplanes and thus is worn out. The Portom erases that discomfort so the travelers can be ready to enjoy this beautiful island. It is the best.

Booked this hotel due to the stellar reviews, and I must say that I completely agree with the well-deserved ratings. Super top-notch in every aspect. Incredible architecture. Bonus was the serene onsen and the fabulous breakfast buffet, both of which we had to ourselves at the time of our stay. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, and the rest of the hotel design is sublime. Staff is very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Late night food at the bar was great. The highlight, though, was the hot springs! Very easy to use, and so relaxing!
