We enjoyed our stay at the Transamerica Prime. The room was nicely furnished, but a bit dark with only dim lights near the bed. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast had many options and good coffee, and was served in a nice well-lot dining area. Our only complaint was that the water in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly when we first arrived, and even though we asked for someone to fix it, it remained that way for the duration of the stay. The staff was nice. It’s well-located to good restaurants, museums, shopping, and coffe places. We would stay here again!

Nice location. Huge building. Dated furniture. Broken door lock, key card holder, tiny bathroom, sewage smell in the bathroom. Close to Ave paulista. Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good reception staff. Electricity went out several times because of broken key card holder. Breakfast was good and included. Small pool. Outdated and gym with no weights.
