Great Location, good amnenities in the building (indoor heated pool, mini shop and social lounge in the building). Shower also had good pressure. The flat itself wasn't spotless clean- the sofa was stained and very uncomfortable to sit on (could feel the supporting wood), at night it got little bit cold so we used blankets and those were also stained and very dusty. It was alright property for our short stay. Bed matress could be changed/updated as not as comfy for us. We were a couple who needed to be at the airport at late evening after check out, so we asked if we could do late check out. Whereas I appreciate host informed they couldn't do it on this occassion as they had another booking same day, however host could not provide us information around where we could leave our luggage safely so we wouldn't walk around São Paulo with lots of bags until late hour. He just informed there is no facility to leave lugage in the building - little bit more of a host initiative/attentiveness would increase stars rating and guest experience.

O apto é muito bom, acomoda super bem 2 pessoas! Cama boa e limpa, banheiro bom e limpo, ar condicionado em ordem. Em baixo e atrás do sofá estava um pouco sujo (nada absurdo), mas tinha cabelo e tampinha de garrafa. Precisam caprichar um pouco mais na faxina. No anúncio diz que acomoda até 4 pessoas. Fomos em 3. Eu minha esposa e filho (adulto). Mas o sofá cama não serve como cama não. Pra dormir nele é MUITO desconfortável. Muito mesmo… Não deveria ser publicado que acomoda mais que 2 pessoas, ou, se a 3ª e 4ª pessoa forem crianças PEQUENAS, talvez sirva.
