The hotel has a good service and very good breakfast. The location is good but only if you plan to move by taxi/Uber/similars, not to walk. The rooms are spacious and properly furnished but not luxurious. The pool is indoors, but very cold. And the con is the cleaning, as room cleaning was quite poor.
We stayed at the Radisson Blu São Paulo, which was the official hotel for all the wedding guests. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious and our bathroom was equipped with L’Occitane products, which are a personal favorite. I have to mention, the Radisson Blue did a fantastic job with the daily buffet breakfast which includes an extensive offering of fresh coffee, cereals, pastries, eggs, cured meats, fresh juices and a whole lot more.
The first room we stayed at was awful. Dirty carpet, hardly any closet space, dirty bathroom. The entire room needed a very good scrub. I was disgusted, and of course, complained. The boys from reception were so nice about everything, and moved us to another room, much better, with wooden floors. The layout of both were the same. Good size room, but the bathroom was very narrow, and I kept bumping into the toilet or the towel rack, constantly. The magnifying mirror was a nice touch. Though the second room was much cleaner, I think the shower boxes are in dire need of re-grouting. Breakfast is a very good buffet, with a great variety for every taste, and the waiters are so nice and ready to please! The best thing about this hotel is the staff: from bell boy, to housekeeping, to reception. They always had smile on their face and seemed happy to help. Location is excellent, walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping mall.
For business travelers the hotel is very close to Faria Lima for ease of getting to meetings with minimal traffic compared to downtown. Parque do Povo is a short walk away and very nice for some exercise. The breakfast is excellent and has a good variety of hot and cold selections. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!!
Business hotel for short stay in Sao Paolo. Business room is ok and quite small but hotel has a nice swimming pool (for swimming not for bathing) despite water is cold. Location is on a big road but very convenient because close to business area.
We held our Board meeting for a 3rd year here, and as usual the staff support and facilities insured a successful event. The coffee brakes where more than abundant so it is something to design carefully to avoid waste and cost. Location for the locals could not be better given its closeness to the Marginal and the Financial Center and restaurants.
good location, helfpul staff, fast check in/out, comfortable rooms, nice l'occitane amenities, excellent breakfast. nice gym, sauna and indoor pool. great choice for business and family trip, not too expensive!
The bathroom is very small with the toilet way too close to the shower. NO room to move and the check out process took way too long. You really need to have more people helping in the morning rather than just one person
Some hiccups during my stay. The service and attitude of the staff is very good. Some noise coming from the street traffic, try to stay in a high floor. The variety at the buffet hot table needs improvement.
I enjoyed my short stay in the hotel. It was very centrally located. Very clean. The food & Beverage selection was also good. the facilities are some of the best i have experienced. its also close to other restaurants and bars and shopping centers.
