Selina service is very good, the only thing I didn't like it was the fact that Selina doesn't have pool and also the breakfast was poor, I suggest since is an International Hostal it has to offer more options for breakfast considering all diets and tastes.

Limpeza deixa a desejar

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Tá faltando uma lavada no banheiro, deixar uma água sanitária agir e depois esfregar os rejuntes, não só passar paninho. Os espaço do quarto também precisam varrer e passar pano úmido para remover poeira. De frente a recepção tem uma mini-loja com chocolates e doces com muita poeira exposta.

Falta de limpeza

Falta limpeza, me disseram que temos que pedir para limpar. Não e logico isso. Num quarto com 6 mulheres creio que a limpeza deveria ser diaria com troca de tapetes e toalha de rosto no banheiro. O tapete do box dava nojo. Havia muito cabelo no chão, o box sempre sujo sem desinfetar, nós todas preservamos o maximo mas necessita limpeza no quarto e no banheiro diariamente.

Muitos pontos negativos.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar. Travesseiros ruins, limpeza dos quartos péssima, solicitei reposição do sabão líquido e me devolveram água pura (literalmente). O café vegano não tinha as opções completas, total descaso. Há segurança na porta, e a localização é bem central em São Paulo, porém é um local com MUITOS moradores de rua. Eu definitivamente não retornaria a esse hotel, jamais.

boa experiencia, mas deve melhorar alguns aspectos

Boa experiência no conjunto, mas nos detalhes poderiam melhorar : a opção de luxe room , ficamos surpresos em não ter frigobar , assim como cama king indicada, mas tinha tamanho queen , cortinas sem black out , e janelas sem vedação aceitavel ( passava ar e ruido) ou seja tivemos dificuldade em dormir e a limpeza no geral poderia melhorar especialmente no banheiro , rejuntes com mofo. No mas o pessoal foi atencioso e preparado, a proposta sustentavel nos agrada , o menu enxuto e saudavel do restaurante é convidativo. A decoracao de areas comuns , cores escolhidos e arquitetura preservada amenizam os pontos baixos que encontramos.

Melhor opção no centro de SP

Amo a rede Selina. Eles oferecem uma verdadeir irmersão na vibe de cada cidade. O Selina Aurora tem uma localizaçõa excelente. Apesar de ficar bem no centro, o hotel fica em uma localização bem movimentada (com um mercado 24h e vários bares. Ps: o barulho não chega até os quartos) e relativamente segura. Os seguranças do Selina estão sempre na porta e atentos aos hóspedes. A comida do restaurante tem uma qualidade incrível, uma das melhores opções veganas que já experimentei! Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei lá e evitei usar a geladeira da cozinha compartilhada, pois tive alimentos furtados na primeira hospedagem.

Então é um hotel e hostel,eu não sabia, então meu quarto não tinha Tv ,nem interfone.Acho que precisa fazer uma reforma no chão. Tem um restaurante vegano no hotel eu também não sabia disso adoro hotel com buffet, então o café da manhã eram apenas 3 tipos de combo, então eu fiquei 3 dias escoli combo diferente, são quantidade pequena mas deixa a gente satisfeita, ponto negativo uma pequena xícara de café com leite, então eu sempre paga 9 reais a+para poder repetir o café, todos os dias o mesmo suco de melancia, ou vc escolhe o suco ou café. Fora isso foi bom
