While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

O pior hotel que ja me hospedei em sp. Cheguei no hotel e o quarto que reservei nao estava disponível, me colocaram em outro quarto e nem falaram que o valor era menor, tive que perguntar se nao ia acabar perdendo o dinheiro do quarto mais caro que ja havia pago. Hotel Totalmente desorganizado, deixamos o carro no estacionamento e o carro voltou danificado da garagem do hotel.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.
