From the smiling helpful staff at check in to the The wonderful caipirinha barman flat out on the ground floor bar to the housekeeping, the staff of this hotel smilingly and efficiently assist all guests to a great stay in this tranquil and quiet hotel

Very centrally located. Grand Hyatt is an upscale hotel very well located. Close to a business area as well as shopping centres. The hotel room and lobby are modernly and minimalistic decorated. There's a spar centre with an indoor swimming pool. Their sushi restaurant is a must go. I the set menu which includes sashimi with truffles and it was very tasty. Their French onion soup is also very good. I once ordered the sea food risoto from the room service menu and it was gorgeous.

I visited the hotel from nov 6th thru the 8th, and it was already packed. The grand Pri in Sao Paulo is this weekend, however the hotel continued with superb service in every area. This time i received an upgrade to a suite on the 6th floor, and it didnt dissapoint, the hotel has renovated the tvs, internet, and other things that are definitely important for the business traveler. They were also wanting me to stay an extra night that my group needed, however the rate was too high, but they went all the way to try and get us 3 rooms.

Been here for a party organized by Internation in the bar adjacent. It was well organized with a DJ playing the oldies. Very close to Rede Globo and to the financial new district of Sao Paulo. All big Internationals use this hotel based it is close to their headquarters located 100s of meters. The hotel location is bad at night and weekens as it has nothing but the bad smell of the shi**y River. They call it in Portuguese like that Sh*** .Lol. Be careful not to walk out of the hotel after 18:00. Use a taxi or Uber to go to your activities at night. No stores no nothing . 500 m ugly walk to Morumbi train station...not recommended

The Hyatt is our go to hotel in São Paulo and it continues to please. We had a club room this time and very much enjoyed the offerings for the evening and breakfast. In the everning, there is a large array of beverage available. Wine, iced beer, soft drinks and other offerings. There were several hot dishes ( fish was one) as well as salads, soup, cold cuts, olives and some beautiful cheeses. There were macaroons and chocolate mouse cake for desserts. In the morning, the breakfast included eggs, pastries, fruits, yogurts and the usual offerings. The breakfast in the main restaurant rather than the lounge is quite a bit mire upscale, but the everning offerings make up for it. I countinue to love the lavender Granado toiletries and the beds are very comfortable. The location and service are outstanding. I think maybe the hotel could have a glamourous "update" as she deserves it. My son was doing his vestibular while we stayed and we forgot was already late and magically the concierge managed to have some delivered in less than 10 minutes. I am eternally grateful...that is amazing service!

Spent a week at the Grand Hyatt while in Sao Paulo on business. The location is great, the amenities were terrific, the room was immaculate and the staff was well trained and very professional. I had most of my meals in the restaurant in the lobby and everything I had was really good. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Top notch.

It was nice with a pool. They also had great restaurants (they had amazing sushi) , and amazing pillows with different thicknesses. I did not like the furniture because they were trapezoids and I walked into the desk and bruised my leg.

Very nice hotel, well kept. A touch of subtle luxury, not too over the top. I had a great view of the bridge. The room was very comfortable. The common areas are nice. The pool is also great. The staff is very well trained, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk about 4-5 blocks away to a nice mall that has grocery store, food court. Wifi was good. I had a small welcome gift, I appreciate the intention, but the small brownies tasted like they came from a vending machine. On the other hand, the soap in the bathroom, was a honey comb locally made bar. It was so good I took home both bars and bought some more at gift shop at ground level

Great hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and comfy rooms, big beds, delicious breakfast. It’s seems to be brand new and top quality. The view is great. Location could be better and sometimes it’s hard to get a cab during rush hours, but if you book your transport in advance it shouldn’t avoid you from staying there. One of the best hotels in town.

Stayed for four days for a business trip. Everything was as you would expect for a Hyatt. Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, excellent restaurants, snappy service and very polite staff. I would just mention that this is not the best neighborhood, so do not plan on walking outside of the hotel grounds.
