That's a very traditional Hotel of São Paulo, in the middle of the Oriental district ( Japão -Liberdade). There's is a great SPA and wonderful sauna.

This hotel has been around for somw time and probably one of the best in the Japanese district in São Paulo. It jas been remodeled and it has improved but not quite to the high standards you can find elsewhere. However, it is comfortable and cant beat its location. The breakfast is included but the Japanese style breakfast is below par.

I don't think the sheets in the rooms are changed after each customer. Cleaning is not good. It's not worth the money you pay. Also, the people at the reception are very rude and refuse to help you in any way. During my stay here, I didn't get any support I needed from the reception, and even though I stated that I didn't use the minibar when I checked out, they made me wait 10 minutes for the attendant to check it, causing me to be late for the airport and pay an extra waiting fee for Uber. The reception is rude and disrespectful. I don't understand how people like this work here.

O quarto que pegamos não tinha suporte de papel higiênico e havia vazamento ao lado do vaso sanitário. No quarto não tinha nenhum problema, estando tudo perfeito! O elevador é pequeno e demora no horário de pico do café da manhã, mas isso é a característica do hotel. Os funcionários são sempre solícitos e educados. Um ponto a observar é que o estacionamento é pago a parte.

Essa nova regra de checkin é horrível, nós que somos de idade sofremos muito para fazer isso pelo site. Chegamos cansado e tem que quebrar a cabeça fazendo isso ainda. No quarto em que fiquei o secador não funcionava, solicitei na recepção alguém para resolver esse problema e não havia ninguém da manutenção no hotel, e também não resolveram o problema levando um secador portátil no meu quarto. Minha esposa teve que lavar a cabeça e esperar secar naturalmente para poder ir dormir.
