I did like my room with king size bed, sea view. Staff were very helpful, from the restaurant, housekeeping and front desk. I don’t speak mandarin but they translated my English through their phone. I need to speak slowly and everything went really well. Thank you so much Lida Wang, Assistant Service Manager of Hilton Garden Inn, Sanya for helping me.

Not great

The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. The reception manager was aggressive and unhelpful, telling me It was my problem. The manager eventually gave in as the argument was too much effort. I wouldn’t stay here again.

本人對HOTELS.COM 有2條疑問 : 1) 在2019年10月24日(12:07AM) 發出之確認電郵內有免費早餐提供, 但到酒店後, 酒店回覆早餐不包括在內. 2) 另在CHECK IN 時前台職員說沒有本人的訂房資料,本人給職員看電郵資料, 他都表示沒有任何確認,耍本人在當地自行聯絡 HOTELS.COM, 前台職員態度不好,及沒有即時為本人主動解決問題, 耍本人和他擾攘一番後最後才能確認資料紀錄.
