Reasonable for the price.

Walking distance to the shopping mall, parks, and to public transportation. The area is clean and safe to walk in. The front desk is staffed 24 hours.

Good location, Great pool, but small......

room was very small, not really a suite but a room with a galley kitchen and a double bed - would be very tight fit with two people and luggage. I had to put my luggage on the stove to get it out of the way. I would expect a suite to have a separate sitting area but here there was none. THe best part was the swimming pool on the top floor which was a great gathering spot for the locals that lived in the building, lots of good views there of the city and the mountains and plenty of lounge chairs. there was no restaurant or included breakfast with the room but that was disclosed. Kitchen was well supplied with appliances but would have been nice if there was sugar and coffee without my having to go and buy it.

Location excellent....apartment condition not so.

On arrival I had been booked into a room that was tiny and certainly not what I had thought I'd booked online via photos however the staff were happy and helpful in moving me into a larger apartment. The kitchen was adequate, however there was a definite lack of utensils and nothing to use for cooking in the oven. I had to buy a knife for cutting vegetables etc. The bathroom was quite mouldy although adequate space etc and had a full size bathtub if you like a soak. The bed was awful! My back ached all week and the bed moved around the room even when rolling over. Most of the lights didn't work in the apartment. The verandah was a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by. All in all I found the apartment to be ok IF you will be sightseeing which was the case for me. Location was excellent with the metro only blocks away and many restaurants and shops nearby. The gym has no treadmill and very small, although has three cycles. The pool area is lovely as is the Bbq area.

Nice apt with a great location

A good apartment in a great area. Good service in general and very fast feedback on queries and requests. A little bit noisy, but thew whole area is and closing the windos helped. A good and simple option for a stay in Santiago.

Never Again

The most serious problem with the room was that there was no one who could communicate with us. The person who rented the room spoke very broken English so we were left to play charades, and point. It was extremely frustrating and exhausting. As long as we didn't have a question or a need, the front desk staff were friendly and we were greeted every day as we entered and left. However, no one at the front desk spoke English so again, trying to figure out if there was a laundry room and how to use it was very frustrating. Thank goodness our son, who was studying in Chile and spoke the language, was able to come and help us out. They only changed the bed linen on Wednesdays. There was no housekeeping on Sundays. Again, trying to get an ironing board and hair dryer was a challenge. Overall, the room and hotel was clean but I felt I was roughing it for the amount of money we paid. I have no desire to visit Santiago again. If I ever do, I will stay in an American hotel but only if they have staff who can effectively communicate with me.

Apartamento excelente!!

Apartamento excelente, varanda com vista maravilhosaaaa da cidade, mto bem equipado, cozinha completa, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho, banheiro grande. Anfitriã Laura é muito simpática, educada. Preco bem justo. Otima localização. Supermercado 24h e restaurantes na porta. Maribel, quem faz a limpeza, é muito solicita, gentil e caprichosa. Experiência otima!! Recomendo.

Todo bien. Solamente no funciono wifi y fono a nuestra llegada a medianoche. Tuvimos que buscar chip por suerte al frente habia tienda 24 horas. Al hacer booking por su pagina, se nos ofrecia el desayuno. Cuando marque numeros de mi tarjeta por magia desaparecio la oferta del desayuno. Un consejo en sus ofertas no ofrezcan lo que no tienen. El resto estaba bien. Tranquilo y limpio.

Ubicación excelente
