Very nice brand new hotel, modern, convenient, great location; staff overall still a little off because its new. While food was pretty good, the waiting times were too much, at the restaurant and the pool area. Pool area is cute, but running out of any kind of beer after you have 2 was a bit disappointing, We try to understand everything still not in place, hope this helps getting them better as its a very nice hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our stay was very short but the experience was excellent. I would have like more items in the mini bar, we had 2 complimentary water bottles and had to walk to the lobby to purchase more. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again.

I was amazed at how beautiful the hotel is and how friendly the staff were when checking in at 3pm. The room was very clean and accommodating, the view from my room was fantastic. I also had dinner at the restaurant and the food/drinks were very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Incredible stay at Hotel Santiago, such a beautiful place, felt like I traveled through time to a place of elegance and esplendor but at the same time with modern amenities…the rooms are very modern and cozy… perfect bed! Jimy Monegro was an incredible host, showed me the hotel amazing facilities, a gym that invites you in, a beautiful colonial terrace and pool… what a view! Hammocks are an absolute plus in this area and so is the bar, you can even order breakfast there, which is also amazing. I would definitely stay here every time i can back to Santiago, everything is inviting… from the music you here as your enter the lobby to the smell and feel of the atmosphere.
