Cozy and wonderful chalet with pool in Son Bauló, a residential area in ​​Can Picafort, just 300 m from the beach.

This fantastic house for up to 6 people, modern and functional style is very spacious and bright and is fully equipped: it has air conditioning, heating and wifi. In addition, it has a swimming pool and a large furnished terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers.The whole property is located on the ground floor and it has a large living-dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace. You will find two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and three full equipped bathrooms, one of them, located on the basement floor.



The house is located in Son BaulĂł, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those who looking for a quiet vacation. Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the other hand, areas such as Port d'AlcĂșdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.

Near the villa itself you will find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, banks, a medical centre, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, souvenir shops and so on. You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with AlcĂșdia and Pollença.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer & der Agentur hat problemlos funktioniert. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner & eine SpĂŒlmaschine. Alles in allem konnten wir den Urlaub in dieser besonderen Unterkunft sehr genießen.

Can Picafort Sommer 2024

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 4 Teeanger) in der Villa in Can Picafort. Zuerst: Die Villa ist schön, gerĂ€umig, sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation vorab und wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts sowie der CheckIn haben wunderbar funktioniert! Die Lage an sich ist auch gut, man ist innerhalb weniger Geh-Minuten beim nĂ€chsten großen Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt leider an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße, somit hat man immer den VerkehrslĂ€rm (Busse, LKW, die Buggy-Tour, Mopeds...), wenn man sich auf der Terrasse/am Pool aufhĂ€lt. Zu unserem persönlichen Pech (das hat nichts mit der Villa an sich zu tun, sollte aber erwĂ€hnt werden) hatten wir eine Großfamilie als direkte Nachbarn, die von morgens bis abends mit lauter Musik und Geschrei alles beschallt haben. Die Krönung dazu waren dann auch noch die tausend Zikaden, die vom Park hinter der Villa tĂ€glich pĂŒnktlich ab 10 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang ihr Balz-Zirpen in einer irren LautstĂ€rke zum Besten gaben. 1-2 mögen ja romantisch sein, aber tausende kommen eher dem LĂ€rm von einem Rudel KreissĂ€gen gleich. Das war aber unser persönliches Pech, das ist wohl normal im August. Wer also viel unterwegs ist und nicht unbedingt den ganzen Tag in der Villa abhĂ€ngen möchte: volle Empfehlung! Wer in Ruhe ein Buch am Pool lesen will: jein. (Je nach Nachbarschaft und Zikaden-Aufkommen).
