Overall our stay at the resort was pleasant, and it was easy to get to the Santa Fe plaza. All the staff we meet were helpful. What we found disappointing was the non-functioning fireplace and dishwasher. Being off season there weren’t many guests so not sure why we were given a suite that wasn’t up to snuff.

Check-in was easy parking was convenient. The accommodations were perfect kitchen, living room, fireplace, balcony, and separate bedroom. Very clean! Everything we needed was there. We were able to walk to plaza to the beautiful churches and to an abundance of restaurants. Our time was thoroughly enjoyed and perfect.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Brandon did a very nice job of accommodating our wishes and finding us a handicap room with a walk-in shower. I did have a little problem with check out. I was told check out was at 10:00 a.m. which is quite unusual for hotels which give their customers at least till 11 a.m. Other than that, if visiting Santa Fe in the future, I'll stay here again.

The room was recently renovated and was very nice. Everything soft was new. It was very clean, spacious and quiet The sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Gave up and slept on couch. We were only a short walk to downtown, excellent restaurants and the sites. Staff members were always pleasant and helpful. We came for the annual Wine and Chili Festival which was a bit longer walk but easily done.
