If we were traveling to Santa Fe again we’d probably look elsewhere. Upon arrival a couple of buses were blocking the lane marked as being for guest unloading. We parked beside them to unload our bags and were confronted by a security guy who was very rude who ordered us to move the car. As to the car park, does nobody from CA/NM know what those big white lines are for? Property is a little ‘tired’ and lacked atmosphere. While reception staff were pleasant and helpful, our server in the restaraunt was very rude. Room was ok, but lacked towel hooks in bathroom (minor I know). Coffee in the elevator area (3rd floor) was empty by 8AM While convenient to the railyard area and most areas within walking distance, we’d pay a little extra next time and stay at La Fonda

Parking spaces are very small, not one staff member was memorable, but on the better side of things the room had everything you would need, and each floor had coffee and water available. Lots of small things that add up for a nice perk. We used the fitness area but did not use the spa.

Its location to the Plaza and train yard farmers’ market. The shuttles drivers were outstanding. Front desk staff were helpful. We did have some hiccups but they were resolved to our satisfaction. Several staff though didn’t understand English and the wait staff were not generally as attentive as expected.

Great place to stay

We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??

This is a very special Santa Fe property. It is easy to walk to the plaza and the railroad district. The property displays a lot of Native American art so it is lovely just to walk around and see the art. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we love it.

Parking was atrocious but they more than made up for it with their shuttle service. The shuttle took us anywhere within a mile radius which included all the main areas in town. I’d stay here again just for that.
