A new addition to the AdobeStar Properties portfolio, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2200 square foot vacation rental condo in the El Corazon is just FULL of Santa Fe charm and design. This property is in an incredibly convenient downtown location that will allow you to easily walk to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Spread over 2 floors, this unit gives plenty of space to move about.  3 king bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 2 outdoor areas including a ground level patio with outdoor gas fireplace as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom, a jetted tub, full kitchen, another gas fireplace in the living room, all it needs is YOU to enjoy your Santa Fe vacation!

Unit 10 at El Corazon is great for entertaining, kitchen is stocked with plenty of wineglasses, plates and utensils for as many as 16! Two ovens complement the Thermador range complete with center griddle. Granite countertops and a small dining area complete the kitchen area, it's got everything you need for your stay!

The formal dining table blends into the living room space, for a very open and inviting area. Gather around the large flat screen TV, or cozy up by fireplace, its your choice. The living room opens up to a very spacious patio area with plenty of seating, and an additional (outdoor) gas fireplace. Bring your grillmaster as this unit is stocked with a full size gas grill for outdoor Santa Fe living at its best! The first king bedroom is off of the living area and is complete with private en suite bathroom with tiled shower and plenty of storage.

Upstairs finds the large master bedroom, with en suite bathroom including a jetted tub and separate tiled shower. A private balcony is off of this room, to allow you to relax in the open air directly from your bedroom. This bedroom also has access to ample walk in closet storage, for all of your belongings. The 3rd bedroom is across the hall, and also has a private en suite bathroom and plenty of closet storage.

This incredible addition to the AdobeStar portfolio is not one to be missed. Its got plenty of space for the whole family, all in a downtown close to the Plaza location that just cannot be beat!

Everything was great! Location amazing! Everything in the kitchen was very well stocked!Cleanliness fabulous! A few minor adjustments/issues with the home… The downstairs bedroom blinds and the downstairs blinds that go out to the patio were hard to adjust as the strings were broken. Also, the sliding door to the downstairs bedroom is off track and not sturdy. Could use tightening.Also, for the downstairs bedroom, only one bar soap and we had one bottle of shampoo and under the sink there were other bottles that were half used.

This is an amazing property - far lovelier in person than shows in the pictures. The artwork and furnishings are gallery quality. Additionally, the unit is fully stocked and very welcoming. Staying in such a gorgeous condo made our Santa Fe experience all the nicer!

Great stay

The property was easy to find, had a great underground garage with a reserved space, and the grounds were gated as well. The house was beautiful! Fully stocked, even with extra ice. They had all of the amenities too. Rooms were huge and all had an en suite, which was so perfect for us. There were two patios that were so beautiful. Will stay again for sure!
