I had to ask twice for housekeeping, and towels, they did not provide wash cloths, the housekeeper didn't even know what it is for, the towels felt like sandpaper, some of them looked like they were white once. The bathroom's sink drain stopper did not work properly the water did not drain. Once, I had to rent a room in Chicago for 2 nights in an emergency in a rundown motel, the service was better. I know that City Express is not even a 1-star hotel, but I expected better from a Marriott. I have stayed at Marriotts before. I am very disappointed. I'll never again stay at a City Express
