This hotel had many poorly repaired holes in the walls and ceiling as well as peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom, no usb plugs anywhere. And the “free” breakfast was on par with boxed lunches I received in marine corps boot camp. Never will stay here again, la Quinta next door is great.
Great suite for the one night stay price. Only wished there was more bath soap variety.
It was a great room at a great price close to the airport. The kitchenette was a nice bonus, and staff were especially friendly and helpful.
My son in on a wheel chair and he called in advance for the roll in shower room. The hotel assigned us with a one double bed room which was not what I had reserved. The facility was overall old and smelly. The room head table had a finger erasable water mark. The AC was not on, and a hot and humid room greeted us. This place is not worth money. Or he might put us on a room not ready to accept the customers without telling me.
Was not at all impressed. Paid extra for a "pool view" which the room did not have. Was told "well its close to the pool." That's NOT what pool VIEW means. Conveniently, no manager on the weekend, so if I want to be reimbursed for the difference I paid I have to waste my time to do it. Also there is no "breakfast buffet" as advertised. You turn in a voucher for a boxed meal as is that was not at all impressive and didn't accommodate specific needs the way a buffet would. There was just nothing impressive about anything. Doubt that I'd go back.
Great area, staff was helpful, within minutes of everything needed. Rooms were roomy and do great to have a full size fridge and microwave with counter space.

Killed 3 spiders on our room and one in our car. Seemed like people were living there with dogs. They were roaming around the parking lot and smoking every morning. Was not family friendly
