Very basic hotel - get what you pay for. Breakfast was good, employees were friendly, and place was surface clean. But... Microwave didn't work, the front door was warped, and the room was poorly stocked (no tissues or extra TP).

My daughter and I were extremely disappointed. We ended up immediately checking out. The room smelled horrible of chemicals, there was questionable hair all over the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. Overall the room was not sufficiently cleaned.

Basic but met our needs

Very basic hotel but for the price it met our needs. The place could definitely use a facelift, fresh coat of paint, but it wasn't filthy. The stairwells were filthy. The floors in the room were just a little dirty. At least the beds seemed clean. I think they were struggling with hiring employees. If you need a job you may want to ask if they're hiring.

Odor Havoc

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. For the price we knew it wasn’t going to be glamorous. The only thing that bothered us was the odor of the room. It was musky as could be. Really heavy mildew that was over baring. Cleanliness was a bit sketchy.

Worst Expierence Ever

I would reccomend using another booking agent. Hotels.com was absolutely horrible for this stay. First, the room for the reservation that I made and confirmed was not available at check in, i was informed when i arrived that the hotel had no more rooms and they directed me to an alternate hotel 15 minutes and 10 miles awY from my original stay. When I arrived at the alternate hotel i was then informed they only had a king bed room, when my reservation was for 2 double beds since i wasnt traveling alone. I was advised i needed to take the king bed room or cancel my stay and find a new hotel (at 1am) by rhe way. To make it worse you are unable to contact Hotels.com customer service directly to try and sort things out and you must submit an email, to which i did and still have no reply back ... worst service ever and they completely left us out to dry with no support

I checked in and was told to park around the other side of the building. In doing so myself and my two children encountered a scantily clad woman who seemed to be under the influence of drugs yelling off into the distance. We stayed in our vehicle for a few minutes to see if it would stop and she did not. My daughter proceeded to ask if we had to stay here in which I replied we do not. Drove off and found another hotel to stay in. Absolutely awful

The room was nice & clean inside, but the door entry to the room had too many cobwebs & bugs flying around door to the room... Please clean cobwebs to limit the flying bugs... Also, the entry light into the room was not working(the light on the ceiling inside the room).
