Fabulous location, good sized room and spacious deck; comfortable furniture, including deck chairs; Franklin stove was a cozy addition. Bathroom clean, but ready for renovation. Microwave would have been a welcome addition. The refrigerator was FILLED with canned beverages, leaving no space for customer’s own wine, water, or snacks!
