I was a little skeptical about having no check in desk, but the process was very smooth. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable. The location is great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Well 1) no on site employees 2) terrible instant coffee 3) had to call manager 10 times over a twenty minute period to get code to get in 4) none secure interior doors. 5) roach dead in bedroom 6) no tv 7) maid wouldn’t wait for my wife to go to bathroom. 8) manager called Saturday and asked if we had to have our room cleaned. 9) manager called and was very upset because we complained offered nothing to make things better. 10) tried to move to another hotel but couldn’t. Please read the reviews before getting this hotel

I checked in quite late at night. The place was clean but austere. The best thing about the room was the bed and bedding. The second-best thing was waking up and discovering the lovely park abutting the back of the building. The staff were great.

Conveniente lugar con instalaciones muy adecuadas para pasar la noche sin mayores pretensiones más que dormir y alistarte para salir. La limpieza de la habitación es excelente. Prácticamente nuevas las instalaciones. El internet funciona a la perfección. La ubicación es conveniente, aunque no necesariamente muy cerca de la zona de la Parroquia (10 a 15 min a pie). La habitación no cuenta con televisión y puede ser un poco ruidosa por el tipo de infraestructura de las instalaciones, pero nada que el cansancio no solucione. El check-in puede llegar a ser un poco complicado e intimidante si no estás familiarizado con la tecnología, WhatsApp y/o tienes un smartphone, ya que los requisitos de identificación oficial tiene que hacerse de forma digital (subiendo archivos). En lo personal después de hacer el check-in digital (24 horas antes de la estadía) fue necesario mandarles un mensaje vía WhatsApp para que me mandaran el código de acceso (para una chapa digital tipo Airbnb) que me comentaron que me mandarían vía correo para ingresar al lugar hotel y a las 2 habitaciones reservadas después de las 3 PM (hora de ingreso) ya que no me lo habían enviado pasada esa hora y tenía cierta incertidumbre al respecto. Pero fuera de eso, el lugar es un 8 de 10 que cumple satisfactoriamente con mis necesidades de estadía para un fin de semana.
