Room was clean and spacious bed was comfortable. There was an odd smell in the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Grounds of the property were well maintained and beautiful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The carpet could use a good clean or replacement but the room overall was clean. Sad the hot tub was not working so enjoyed the heated pool instead. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, waffles and fruit.

I recently stayed at the Best we and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made sure to assist with all my needs, from checking in smoothly to providing helpful recommendations for nearby attractions.

The key door was not working at all. Every time I left the room, I had to go to the office to get a new key, but the new key didn’t work either. A maintenance guy showed up and replaced the battery, but the door still wouldn’t open. The carpet was extremely dirty — my feet turned black, and I had to wear shoes. The only thing I liked was the heated pool and spa (although it was broken on the first day). We stayed in room 223.

It was nice. Love the hacienda look. The grounds are gorgeous, fountains etc… excellent gardener. The lobby has wonderful bronzes and a lovely fireplace to rest by. Breakfast was excellent. Waffles were wonderful. Bacon was the only thing kinda underdone. Nice eggs, cereal , good coffee. Toast and yogurt too. Really something for everyone. Our room smelled (214) odd. Not musty but different. After the first night we were used to it. The shower was nice and warm but didn’t have a lot of pressure. Felt good anyway. A very pleasant stay.
