Minimum Age: The minimum age to book is 18 years old.

Visitors: Visitors are only allowed for short periods and are not permitted to stay overnight. If someone needs to stay overnight, please register them in your reservation, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of allowed guests and/or vehicles.

Booking Requirements: Reservations are not allowed for individuals who do not plan to stay at the property. The person who made the reservation must be present at all times.

Guest Count: The property`s pricing is based on the number of guests to account for additional expenses and items provided for your convenience (such as towels). If you do not book for the correct number of guests, additional guests will not receive those items, and your reservation may be canceled at any time without a refund.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fine.

Utility Interruptions: Puerto Rico`s infrastructure may experience unexpected power, water, and internet outages. As such, electricity, water, and internet services may be interrupted during your stay. No refunds will be given due to these interruptions caused by the municipality, government agencies, or natural disasters.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Arrivals or departures outside the scheduled times may result in additional charges, ranging from a base fee to an extra night’s rate.

Zero Tolerance for Drugs: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal drugs.
