Upon arrival after 4 pm to this hotel we waited over an hour to be placed in a room . The room we received was outdated and dilapidated. After noticing other rooms were more updated which is what showed when I booked and paid the additional money for I went back to the front desk to complain and I was moved to an updated room for a fee. After asking why they are putting guest in rooms that are renovated Asiel informed me because no one usually complains. And since I booked through a third party that is another reason why I didn’t see the deluxe option room .She gave me an email address to send to explain to the manager my concerns which I did but never heard back. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Rooms were gross and very outdated. You can hear doors slamming all night long. Beds were uncomfortable. We left some items in the hotel and called the same day and have gotten no where as to where our items are. Its a constant run around. We know 100% the items were left in room.

The room was very dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were mosquitoes inside, and the safe was not working. There were no blankets provided, and even the phone in the room to call the front desk was not working. We reported all of these issues immediately. The staff was aware but did nothing to fix them. We contacted the front desk in person and by email and waited for hours with no help. The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. We even called Expedia to complain, and they could not get a response from the property either. We booked this place based on the pictures and reviews, but it was nothing like what was advertised. The property is dirty and poorly managed. We asked to cancel the same day because of the conditions, but they refused to let us cancel. Our vacation was completely ruined. DO NOT GO THERE

Some staffs are nice, the area it’s very safe, if you have a car it’s easy to drive around. The beach in front of the resort it is more for kids, and the pool is not that deep. It’s definitely a family resort. The room is big but definitely need a deep clean! The balcony needs a DEEP CLEAN, the windows are extremely gross and dirty, the bathtub too! If you want towels you have to go all the way back to get it at the front desk, the breakfast is to expensive $25 for each person. The bar around the pool is closed at night, should be open at least until 10pm with music… people would be around more. The room view is beautiful. In general not amazing bad.

The beautiful room and the cleanliness of the hotel in all. The convenience of getting to different place in the area. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach was glorious. I would go back there again.
