All in all the stay was nice. They need more activities for the guess. The pool and beach situation was lacking chairs. If you did not come down early and try and secure a chair both pool and beach you were out of luck. The pool towels were old and dingy. Beach rocky. They did keep everything clean. Also you need a car to go to stores, because of distance. Although cab service was ok once you got one.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Could barely open or shut the door to the room. Things were broken, such as bedside lamp and blow dryer on wall. Room was freezing cold from AC and could not adjust. Water in shower was only lukewarm, never got hot. Jacuzzi and one-third of pool were also under maintenance with yellow caution tape around them. I tried to book another hotel at 7pm and was willing to pay $200 to change hotels. Last night of my time with my sister, and it ruined our last night. I cannot believe they would even rent out a room that had so many visible issues.

The room was nice, but the staff was very rude, was a lady nock the door and told me pack and get out of the room now because the check out was at 11:00am but i have one more night to stay and that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional

Everything was perfect, room was big, balcony over looked the pool/beach. Problem : 2 out of the 3 pools and the jacuzzi were being remodeled so we were not able to use them. Lastly, the only other problem was as we were checking out on our last day and waiting to get on the elevator a roach was crawling on the wall by the garbage can.

The entire staff was amazing! Always nice and professional. The room was very clean. The only problem.we had was that we didn't get clean towels a couple times but not a big deal to grab some from the desk.

There are upgrades going on outside (pool, power washing, painting), which is a plus for Aquarius Vacation Club. Do to the room that was given to me and upgrades going on, there was no water, in my room. I advised front desk and my room was changed, after checks were made. Front desk and security personnel were very friendly. Kiddie pool was the highlight for my daughter. Other pool was great also. Beach access is convenient. Didn’t utilize the Bar but it was full of people. Will definitely recommend this location, when asked.
