We loved staying there. So peaceful and beautiful upscale farm style house. Breakfast was good. Close driving distance to Pisa tower. Can’t wait to comeback to stay for a longer time.

Hotel is in a nice area - good to rest. Staff was nice but then suddenly someone in the restaurant just shouted “OUT” and pointed the door to us… we found it very rude and unprofessional, we were just trying to have dinner in the restaurant area :) A petty, because other people were being nice. Another issue is the rocks between the parking and the hotel, very hard to move your luggage and they don’t want you to park close - they got mad at me for this one as well

A good option if we want to visit Pisa by car or have an early flight. Lots of free on site parking and close to the city centre. The restaurant was closed unfortunately.

Lovely property, really nice rooms, clean and quiet. Little bit out of town, with a decent bus connection and parking available. Access by foot isnt great from the bus stop, there is no footpath and very little room to walk (had to walk partially on the main road in some cases) but its a very short walk, approx 5mins. Overall great stay and nice free continental breakfast (with scrambled eggs)

The room did not have a heater. The hot water in the tap was not hot enough, mostly lukewarm. We even complained about this but the staff did nothing. The breakfast was okay but with limited items. It smelled like garbage near the breakfast area.
