This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom private home features an open layout perfect for traveling couples & families alike. Enjoy cooking and creating memories in the fully-equipped kitchen. With two living rooms and comfy beds in each room, there’s space for everyone. The private backyard boasts a mini golf game and a BBQ, ideal for summer cooking. *Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, closet, black out curtains ( smart tv only )

*Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, closet, black out curtains (NO TV)

*Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a full size that can sleep 2 people and top bunk being a twin size for 1 person. Closet, smart tv only, no black out curtains

*Primary bedroom w/ En-suite bathroom - King bed, smart tv only, walk in closet and the bathroom is dual sinks, private toilet room, and extra large walk in shower ( note that the shower handle is disabled at the moment )

* Shared bathroom has a tub and there is a half bathroom as well.



Guest Access:

You have complete, private access to the home, with the exception of the garage which houses the owners' personal items.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet, hilly residential area on the eastern side of Pacific Beach. It boasts beautiful homes, stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The bustling energy of Pacific Beach is just a few minutes away by car, making this the perfect spot for relaxation PLUS excitement!



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a vehicle, but Uber/ Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

* No parties or large gatherings allowed ( quiet residential neighborhood)

* You may rent a pack n play/crib/ high chairs from our trusted vendor

* Quiet time 11pm-8am

* We no longer have the mini pool as a amenity

* Dogs welcomed (No cats) Inquire with host if you are bringing a pet.

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
