IT IS LOCATED CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, NEAR THE SAN CARLOS SCENIC VIEWPOINT (WORLD FAMOUS FOR ITS VIEWS) AND ACCESS TO SEVERAL BEACHES, AS WELL AS ITS COMMON AREA WITH PICKLEBALL COURTS AND POOL. IT IS WITHIN A PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY WITH 24/7 SECURITY. THE HOUSE HAS A GARAGE FOR 3 CARS.
