Ants all over the smoke alarm... fell in my daughters playpen. Also, miscommunication led me to pay way more than i shouldve. Manager not helpful AT ALL. Will NEVER stay here again. Also, parkong sucks. Bars/buisnesses around have everyone park at the hotel and they do nothing. This is the second time we stay. First time we stayed the pipes burst. The alarms were going off all night.

The breakfast was great the first day. The second day was the exact same menu, but they added bacon (and only one of us was able to get bacon - they didn’t make more). Our room was mostly clean. There was a kid’s ball by the bed (left over from the previous family) which made us wonder if they vacuumed/cleaned the carpet. We checked in late so they shouldn’t have been in a hurry to get our room ready. Other than that, it was a great stay, very friendly staff!

The hotel did not properly account for their inventory and overbooked for the weekend of our visit. When we checked in they only had a 2 queen room and not the 2 queen suite (with sofa) that we booked through Expedia. We ended up having to fit our family of 5 into 2 beds. The toilet in our room had not been thoroughly cleaned (urine was still on the rim), toilet paper was low and had not been changed, and we found several bugs. There were loud clicking noises (from pipes?), and the water was intermittently cold for every shower. Parking was also overcrowded which lead to cars being parked in emergency lanes (hotel didn't enforce proper parking). We stayed here last year with no issues. Not sure what happened this past year. To add, Expedia was not quick to rectify our issue and stated that the property determined the type of furniture in each room so the absence of a sofa bed was acceptable to them. The room we booked was clearly a suite and said it would sleep up to 6 guests. Not sure where the extra guests were expected to sleep. After 1.5 hours of chatting with Expedia customer support (they don't have a phone option) and being escalated to levels up to management, we finally got $100 refunded for the inconvenience. It was such a disappointing stay.

A place to sleep!!!!

Check in was quick and reception was very friendly and informative. We only stayed one night due to our air conditioner going out at home. But loved that I didn’t have to make breakfast for my school age kids! They loved the breakfast.
