Was anticipating the standard motel brekkie, which is fine. But as morning tea (not coffee) drinkers, we tried the "hot water" - it was barely lukewarm and not adequate to make tea. I politely let the attendant know it wasn't hot water. She answered "more hot?" And I said yes. She brought out more, and it still wasn't hot for tea. She needs training about needs for tea drinkers - instruction to have it almost to the boiling point. There was a large variety of tea bags, but not very useful without hot water. My husband planned on having oatmeal - using the instant packets - but again no hot water to accomplish that. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough, as was the shower. The desk service was excellent.

Sue, the person running the breakfast is outstanding. Very friendly, keeps everything full and cleans all the spills on the buffet line right away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly front staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is overall great and Cheyenne and the Hispanic lady at the front desk are very friendly! Two things that need to be addressed. The pillows totally suck! All four on my bed were garbage. Also, the carpet needs to be steam cleaned. I used the bath mat under my feet to scoot around in the room aftervi showered, and when i looked at the other side, it was totally black with grime.
