This hotel has quality only on its name. Door lock ran out of battery, safe was not working, windows full os paint drops, pool out of service. So many options in Salvador, I would not go back to this Hotel, not even on a paid stay.

Tudo. Roupas de cama suja, quarto sem xampu e toalha para todos. Hotel super lotado e sem equipe suficiente, principalmente, no restaurante. Café da manhã com produtos de baixa qualidade, sem reposição. Em um dos dias, tivemos que esperar por um longo tempo até limparem a mesa para tomarmos o café. Enfim, uma experiência decepcionante.
